VERVERY
Red semi-sweet wine
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After harvesting, the berries are separated from the ridges and lightly pressed. Fermentations and macerations are carried out at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is stopped by lowering the temperature before all the natural sugars have been converted into alcohol. Sub-lactic fermentation occurs at the end of alcoholic fermentation.
The bouquet reveals intense notes of blackberries, cherries, raspberries, red sweet fruits, intertwined with light spicy aromas.
Pairs harmoniously with desserts and spicy dishes.
The wine is velvety, soft, round and well balanced. The taste is persistent, soft, with notes of berries, tones of plum and cherry. Subtle and balanced taste intertwined with pleasant sweetness. The aftertaste is long, with subtle notes of sweet fruit.
