The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After harvesting, the berries are separated from the ridges and lightly pressed. Fermentations and macerations are carried out at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Sub-lactic fermentation occurs at the end of alcoholic fermentation.
The wine is dark ruby color, opaque.
The bouquet reveals intense notes of blackberries, cherries, raspberries, red fruits, intertwined with light spicy aromas.

The wine is velvety, soft, round and well balanced. The taste is persistent, soft, with berry notes, with tones of plum and cherry. The aftertaste is long, with subtle notes of chocolate.
